Shadow Box Studios is the independent production studio of filmmaker, photographer and visual effects artist Michael J. Eves. Based in Aurora, Ontario, serving the Greater Toronto Area for photography and videography, and available internationally for visual effects projects.
Founded in 2020, Shadow Box Studios creates cinematic, story-driven imagery across film production, cinematography, photography, visual effects, 3D visualization, graphic design and AI-assisted production. Michael’s work has contributed to productions for Netflix, Disney and Paramount+, combining a filmmaker’s approach with extensive experience in VFX and digital production.
Whether creating a photograph, building a campaign, developing a digital world or bringing an ambitious film concept to life, the goal remains the same: bold, emotionally charged visuals that capture attention and endure.
